Description
The Pomar Del Rei Estate, with a total area of 96,525 hectares, is located in Vila Viçosa. The property includes 7 water holes, of which 6 are in full operation, and has 11 plots of vines with drip irrigation system. The first vineyards were planted in 2001,2002 and 2005. In 2022,9 hectares of vineyards were added, followed by another 9 hectares in 2023. For 2024, another 9 hectares are being planted.
The estate has a natural source and an approved project to waterproof the dam. It also includes an agricultural warehouse equipped with office, dining room and changing rooms, as well as a ruin with an area of 178.89 sqm. The property is located close to the border with Spain.
